Privacy Policy
This policy describes how AnthroSync (“AnthroSync,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information.
Who we are
AnthroSync builds and hosts custom software. This covers anthrosync.com and applications we host for clients. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
If you contact us: name, email, company, and your message. Hosted client apps store what the client (or their staff) enters.
Servers also see usual technical data: IP address, browser, pages requested, and security logs. We do not run ads or Google Analytics on the marketing site.
How we use it
To answer you, run the site and apps, keep accounts secure, send login and project email, and meet legal record-keeping needs.
We do not sell information. We do not use contact-form messages to train public AI models.
Cookies
Cloudflare may set a security cookie. We do not use advertising cookies.
Who we share with
Cloudflare hosts this website. Software we host for clients runs on DigitalOcean. Brevo sends email from the contact form. We also share when the law requires it, or with your say-so.
Connected services
Some client apps can connect to QuickBooks Online. The client authorizes that connection on Intuit’s own sign-in page (OAuth); we never see or ask for their QuickBooks password. We receive only the data that connection is authorized to read or send, we store the connection tokens securely, and the client can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and contracts for as long as the work and ordinary record-keeping require. Client app data for the hosting term, then per that agreement.
Security
We use HTTPS and restricted access to production systems. Keep your own passwords and login emails private.
Requests
To ask about, correct, or delete information we hold on you, email [email protected].
